Equipment stealth technology is as important as firepower,maneuver and combat task,and it has become a crucial high-tech of modern weapons.In modern battlefield environment,there are radar,laser,infrared,visible and other multi-band advanced military reconnaissance equipment and precision guided weapons.Multi-source and multi-dimensional detection information fusion can lock and destroy the target with high precision.Most static camouflage technology can not meet the requirements of complex combat environment under the condition of multi-source and multi-dimensional system.There are some limitations,such as band compatibility is not wide enough,wide band performance is uneven,and dynamic adjustable controllability is poor.In view of the two inevitable development needs of multispectral compatibility and intelligence in the equipment stealth technology under the condition of new military revolution,the new breakthroughs in the stealth technology and materials about the world’s military powers are analyzed,which provides important reference for the future development of the intelligent stealth technology of our army.

Aiming at the problem that there are no standards and norms for the limit and boundary condition acceptance test of the current domestic conventional weapons and equipment and such test has limitations, combined with the information construction of the PLA and the actual requirements, the status quo of the limit and boundary condition test of foreign and Chinese conventional weapons is analyzed. The problems and gap existing in the limit and boundary condition test of domestic conventional weapons and equipment are studied. The main measures and ideas to solve such problems are presented.

Track Initiation Method for Slow and Small Target Based on Image Processing Hough Transform

Aiming at the problem that the traditional algorithm cannot initiate the slow and small target (SST) track effectively, a track initiation method for SST based on image processing Hough transform is proposed. The parameters of the minimum circumscribed rectangle, consisting of F3, F2 and F1, are introduced as the weighting factors of Hough transform, and these parameters are extracted in accumulation region by image marking technique. SST is successfully obtained by controlling the weighting factor of Hough transform, which improves the detection performance of the radar to the SST. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
